MIT Classes Start in 2024 .But the term ‘eLearning’ was first used in 1999 at a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) systems seminar. However, the principles behind eLearning have been well documented throughout history. Strange as it may seem, evidence suggests early forms of eLearning existed as far back as the 19th century.
Mission & Vision
An eLearning mission statement describes the purpose and goals of an organization or initiative within the eLearning space, while a vision statement outlines its desired future state. Examples of eLearning mission statements include “To help organizations achieve their business objectives by adding value to their training initiatives” and “To be a leading provider of innovative and accessible digital learning solutions”. Vision statements might aim to be “a world-class provider of digital learning solutions that empower people and businesses all over the world”.
